Sooz has made a name for herself in the Phoenix art and music communities and has been published several times. She has hung work in galleries and cafes; shot countless shows, events, and portraits; provided photography for walls at music shows, album covers, and promotional flyers; and donated artwork for a charity auction. Now based in Chicago, Sooz combines straightforward and sensitive essays with her raw and thoughtful portraits to focus her work on the unavoidable struggles and joys of the delicate balance of being human.
